Vital Records office closed briefly Wednesday The Vital Records office at Citizens Square (200 E. Berry St.) will be closed from 8 to 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26. The office will reopen for regular business at 9 a.m., and other Department of Health offices are unaffected.
